Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Quality Practices for Faith and Community Connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate national direction into actionable supports to enhance local YMCA operational excellence
• Strengthen alignment between the Y's Christian heritage and community needs to promote connected communities
• Oversee the Faith & Community Connections Leading Practice area, designing programs and resources aligned with the Y's strategic vision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Expert functional and managerial skills with advanced industry knowledge
• Experience managing multiple teams or functions
• Ability to make strategic and operational decisions with minimal supervision
