Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or 2+ years managing major, cross-functional healthcare initiatives
• Proven success leading strategic projects independently and within diverse team environments
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, population health, and value-based care models
• Experience in healthcare operations, innovation strategy, or care team enablement
