Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/VP of Strategy & Operations to lead and scale core operations across clinical trial programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve performance across the clinical operations funnel, ensuring measurable outcomes
• Lead data-driven analysis of operational performance to identify issues and implement high-impact interventions
• Build and scale operational infrastructure, including workflows and training programs, while partnering with cross-functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, health tech operations, clinical trial operations, or payer engagement
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive improvements in complex workflows
• Proven experience in building and scaling operational processes in dynamic environments
• Exceptional academic background with a bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• Clinical background is a strong plus, though not required
