Job Summary

Leading the development of integrated brand, marketing, content, and media strategies, the full-time remote Director of Strategy Planning will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define problems, uncover opportunities, and create actionable strategies that drive results for colleges and universities.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead integrated brand, marketing, content, and paid media strategy development for high-impact client engagements
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to establish project goals, priorities, and timelines
  • Collect and analyze research to uncover actionable insights for positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy
Required qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, advertising, branding, digital, media, or strategy-related roles
  • Experience in a marketing, branding, or creative agency environment
  • Proven ability to develop integrated marketing and brand strategies across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of audience research and messaging strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
