Director of Strategy Proptech

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy, Proptech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine understanding of the Proptech sector and prioritize engagements with relevant companies
• Lead engagements and structure partnerships with priority Proptech/Smart Building companies
• Implement strategic integrations with partners and convert successful pilot projects into new commercial offerings

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the real estate and Proptech landscape in North America
• Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or product management, with at least 5 years in the Proptech sector
• Proven track record of launching new businesses or partnerships and leading commercial conversations
• Experience leading software teams for integrations and working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Additional qualifications preferred include experience in energy management, EV charging, or auto industries, and a strong technical background
