Director of Structured Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Structured Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end due diligence and investment hypothesis development for charter school operators
• Prepare and present investment proposals and evaluation reports to support funding decisions
• Own ongoing loan monitoring and collaborate cross-functionally to support charter operators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Five to eight years of work experience in investment banking, finance, or similar fields
• Demonstrated expertise in financial and debt modeling and financial statement analysis
• Experience in the education/non-profit field is a plus
• Strong project management experience
