A company is looking for a Director of Student Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Student Accounts team focused on service excellence
• Implement strategies to maximize accounts receivable collections and minimize risk
• Coordinate with various departments on billing and receivable matters to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in student account operations, accounts receivable, and cash management principles
• Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and institutional policies
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis/reporting
• Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration while maintaining compliance
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Finance, Business, or related field
