Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Student Medical Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the clinical education of third and fourth year medical students at core clinical training sites
• Make decisions to enhance the clinical experience for students and manage the needs of clinical rotations
• Act as a mentor, educator, and evaluator for assigned medical students in the region

Required Qualifications

• DO or MD degree required
• Leadership experience in medical education preferred
• Experience in clinical education is desired
• Interest in education and mentoring
• Organizational skills and a compassionate approach are important
