Director of Student Success

Job Summary

To support the strategic integration of student success initiatives, the full-time Director of Student Success Performance will manage performance data visibility, track retention metrics, and lead cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure visibility and integration of SSC performance data across pods and executive leadership
• Track and analyze partner-level trends in conversion and retention metrics
• Develop systems to monitor engagement and retention pipelines while leading continuous improvement efforts across SSC teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in management or direct team lead positions, with a focus on performance and operations management
• Experience leading cross-functional change, ideally within sales and marketing functions
• Ability to diagnose data issues and recommend solutions to executive leadership
• Experience with omnichannel automation campaign execution (preferred)
