Job Summary
To support the strategic integration of student success initiatives, the full-time Director of Student Success Performance will manage performance data visibility, track retention metrics, and lead cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure visibility and integration of SSC performance data across pods and executive leadership
- Track and analyze partner-level trends in conversion and retention metrics
- Develop systems to monitor engagement and retention pipelines while leading continuous improvement efforts across SSC teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in management or direct team lead positions, with a focus on performance and operations management
- Experience leading cross-functional change, ideally within sales and marketing functions
- Ability to diagnose data issues and recommend solutions to executive leadership
- Experience with omnichannel automation campaign execution (preferred)
