A company is looking for a Director Study Start-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Study Start-Up Management team to ensure high-quality and efficient study start-up activities
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to SSU Senior Managers, fostering a high-performing team
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery outcomes through effective management of the SSU operating model

Required Qualifications

• Pharma and clinical trial processes expertise
• Experience leading and managing global teams and project management
• Doctorate degree with 4 years of clinical execution experience, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of clinical execution experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams
• No prior Veeva experience required
