A company is looking for a Director, Study Start-Up.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end study start-up activities, including site feasibility, selection, and activation
• Lead resourcing, hiring, and performance management for SSU teams while driving standardization of processes
• Monitor and report on SSU performance metrics and facilitate cross-functional alignment for study start-up execution

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in global clinical trial operations or study start-up
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior-level contributors
• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional study start-up initiatives
• Strong understanding of global study start-up processes and regulatory compliance
