Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end study start-up activities, ensuring timely decision-making and issue resolution
• Lead resourcing, hiring, and performance management for SSU teams, establishing clear expectations and development plans
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor SSU performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in global clinical trial operations or study start-up
• 7+ years of people leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end study start-up activities
• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and standardized processes in a regulated environment
