Director of Subcontracts Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Subcontracts-Financial Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain subcontract financial performance metrics, including EVM data and executive reporting
• Ensure compliance with DoD, FAR, DFARS, and contract-specific requirements while managing EAC and invoice processes
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to analyze financial data and address subcontract financial issues with suppliers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred with relevant experience
• 20 years of leadership experience in DoD subcontract management or 15 years with a Master's degree
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance
• Expertise in subcontract management and compliance issues related to federal operations
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills in complex program management
