Job Summary
To drive enterprise subscriber growth goals, the full-time salaried Director of Subscriber Growth will manage strategic direction, communicate performance implications, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute subscriber acquisition strategies to achieve measurable growth
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams focused on subscriber growth initiatives
- Analyze performance marketing metrics and collaborate with product teams to enhance conversion experiences
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or subscriber acquisition, preferably in a subscription-based or digital media environment
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing teams
- Proven track record of driving growth through acquisition strategy and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms including CDPs and paid media
