Job Summary

To drive enterprise subscriber growth goals, the full-time salaried Director of Subscriber Growth will manage strategic direction, communicate performance implications, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute subscriber acquisition strategies to achieve measurable growth
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams focused on subscriber growth initiatives
  • Analyze performance marketing metrics and collaborate with product teams to enhance conversion experiences
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or subscriber acquisition, preferably in a subscription-based or digital media environment
  • 4+ years of experience leading and developing teams
  • Proven track record of driving growth through acquisition strategy and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms including CDPs and paid media
