Job Summary

To drive subscriber growth strategies, the full-time salaried Director of Subscriber Growth will manage acquisition strategies, optimize conversion processes, and communicate performance insights to senior leadership in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive subscriber acquisition strategies to meet growth goals
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing funnels to enhance subscriber conversion rates
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic direction and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or subscriber acquisition, preferably in a subscription-based or digital media business
  • 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven track record in driving measurable growth through acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, including CDPs and paid media tools
