Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance subscriber acquisition and retention
  • Communicate strategic direction and growth opportunities to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Product teams to improve conversion experiences and registration flows
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years in digital marketing or subscriber acquisition, preferably in a subscription-based business
  • 4+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
  • Proven track record in driving growth through acquisition strategies and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance marketing metrics
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and data analysis tools
