Job Summary
To drive subscriber growth strategies, the full-time salaried Director of Subscriber Growth will manage acquisition initiatives, communicate performance insights to senior leadership, and optimize conversion processes in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance subscriber acquisition and retention
- Communicate strategic direction and growth opportunities to senior leadership
- Collaborate with Product teams to improve conversion experiences and registration flows
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in digital marketing or subscriber acquisition, preferably in a subscription-based business
- 4+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
- Proven track record in driving growth through acquisition strategies and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance marketing metrics
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and data analysis tools
