Job Summary
To drive enterprise subscriber growth goals, the full-time salaried Director of Subscriber Growth will communicate strategic direction and growth opportunities to senior leadership while managing a high-performing team in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement subscriber acquisition strategies to achieve measurable growth
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize conversion processes to enhance subscriber engagement
- Collaborate with product teams to influence user experience and registration flows
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or subscriber acquisition, preferably in a subscription-based business
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Proven track record in driving growth through acquisition strategy and lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and performance marketing metrics
