Director of Supplier Management

Job Summary

Leading a comprehensive supplier strategy, the full-time remote Director of Supplier Management will manage supplier procurement, establish high-potential partnerships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing supplier performance and value for the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and lead a supplier strategy that includes relationship management, competitive contracting, and performance measurements
• Collaborate with business owners to develop multi-year strategic plans for supplier services and products
• Implement a sophisticated supplier management function, including scorecards and quarterly business reviews, to optimize supplier performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
• 5+ years in a healthcare-related environment with supplier management and procurement experience
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (FDRs, CMS, NCQA, URAC)
• Experience with CMS Medicare products, Medicaid, or both preferred
