Director of Supplier Performance

Job Summary

Leading the development of a global strategy for supplier performance and relationship management, the full-time Director of Supplier Performance will optimize supplier outcomes across various procurement categories while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape and execute a multi-year strategy for supplier performance management across regional and operational teams
• Equip teams with tools and training to enhance supplier engagement and performance, driving enterprise-wide change management initiatives
• Define and own the KPI framework for supplier performance, establishing metrics and reporting protocols for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in global procurement, vendor management, and supplier relationship management
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with SPRM-related program ownership
• Proven experience managing supplier relationships at the executive tier and leading large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong command of supplier risk management principles and familiarity with responsible sourcing regulatory frameworks
