- Experiment to continuously improve driver acquisition and onboarding practices
- Manage and improve the quality of existing supply to maintain highly engaged drivers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong funnel analysis and optimization skills
- Data-driven experimentation and decision-making
- Experience managing a team or demonstrated capabilities to do so
