Director of Supply Chain

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative solar technologies, the full-time hybrid Director of Supply Chain will manage vendor relationships, establish supply chain strategies, and oversee contracts while collaborating with product development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage domestic and international vendors to build a robust supply chain for field assembly plants
• Establish supply chain strategy and select manufacturers for Terabase's Field Assembly Factory
• Develop and manage contracts and MSAs with key suppliers, providing support for New Product Introduction

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in New Product Introduction and transition to sustaining manufacturing in high-tech product lines
• 10+ years of experience sourcing and managing manufacturers both domestically and internationally
• Experience creating turnkey manufacturing solutions for high-tech products
• Thorough understanding of metal manufacturing and cost structures with the ability to evaluate quotes
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
