Director of Supply Chain

Job Summary

To support a growing biopharmaceutical company, the remote Director of Supply Chain will set and drive the strategy for clinical supply chain operations, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure compliance while overseeing global oncology trials.

Key responsibilities

• Own the long-range clinical supply strategy, aligning sourcing, production, and distribution with pipeline needs
• Build and maintain Excel supply-and-demand models, managing inventory and ensuring no stockouts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage relationships with third-party suppliers for timely delivery of clinical trial materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years in clinical supply chain in pharma or biotech, with at least 5 years in a lead role
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial operations and global clinical supply chain best practices
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in supply modeling and inventory management
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
