Job Summary

Leading large-scale improvements in supply chain operations, the full-time remote Director of Supply Chain BPM will manage process analysis, implement best practices, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate improvement efforts across supply chain functions for optimal impact
• Lead high-impact process improvement initiatives and develop methodologies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and ensure alignment with strategic business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in distribution facilities and logistics modeling
• Proven project management skills with experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma
• Strong skills in change management and data-driven decision-making
