Director of Supply Chain Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Supply Chain Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals across accounting and FP&A functions
• Drive cost visibility and accountability in a multi-site manufacturing network
• Oversee plant-level accounting teams and ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of finance experience in manufacturing or CPG, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing large, distributed finance teams
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools; NetSuite preferred
