Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategies for global supply chain management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Leads the Commercial Supply Chain team, focusing on talent management and performance development
• Implements process improvements and metrics to enhance supply planning and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, manufacturing, life sciences, or a related field
• Master's degree & 7+ years or Bachelor's degree & 9+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Supply Chain/Operations
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a GMP organization
• Advanced knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory considerations in a pharmaceutical setting
• Proven experience in developing commercial supply chain infrastructure for product launches
