Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Planning, Procurement & Production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory strategy and lead the Procurement & Production team
• Manage demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, and contract manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, procurement, or production management in a CPG environment
• Experience leading cross-functional supply chain teams
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Knowledge of contract manufacturing operations and supplier negotiations
