Director of Supply Chain Management

Job Summary

To drive customer success and operational excellence, the full-time Director of Supply Chain Management will lead a high-performing account management team, focusing on revenue growth, account retention, and the development of scalable processes in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Lead and mentor a team of account management professionals to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage internal and external escalations while collaborating with senior leadership and C-suite executives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 10+ years of progressive experience in account management or related customer-facing leadership roles
• Prior experience working directly with hospital supply chain departments
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships within healthcare organizations
