Director of Supply Chain Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director E2E Supply Chain Operations in Pet Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire S&OP+ process and facilitate decision-making within the Canada Supply Chain team
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the organization and manage Demand Planning and Supply Planning functions
• Lead segment SCMR and S&OE processes to optimize supply chain performance and ensure alignment with segment strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain functions, including leadership in end-to-end operations
• Advanced experience in trend analysis, financial modeling, and KPI management
• Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
• Proven ability to evaluate business performance and identify key drivers for improvement
