Director of Supply Chain Operations

Job Summary

Owning the execution engine of the supply chain function, the full-time remote Director of Supply Chain Operations will manage systems and formulary configurations, partner-pharmacy networks, and fulfillment operations while driving process improvements and operational readiness for new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Systems & Formulary configurations to ensure accurate medication order flows and integration health
• Manage Network & Fulfillment Operations, focusing on partner relationships, capacity, and end-to-end order fulfillment
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering performance management and reducing key-person risk in critical workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in operations, fulfillment, or pharmacy operations with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling high-volume operations during rapid growth
• Demonstrated partnership with Product or Engineering on operational tooling and process improvements
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service levels across a network
