Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute strategies for operational efficiency, margin growth, and compliance oversight

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, and logistics, preferably in transportation or freight
• Proven success in managing large teams in high-volume environments
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau
• Strong vendor-facing communication and escalation management skills
• Highly organized with a data-driven approach to managing team performance
