Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Supply Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply planning strategies to ensure product availability and operational continuity
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams to align supply strategies and support new product introductions
• Oversee supply network management, including master production scheduling and risk mitigation efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in supply planning or end-to-end supply chain roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience in planning or S&OP/IBP within a complex environment
• Deep expertise in supply planning, capacity modeling, and inventory optimization
• Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP)
