Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Support Automation and Tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for TPM Support Operations
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers while driving operational efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify and address gaps in support tooling and processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or support operations, with at least 5 years in people management
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams in a dynamic environment
• Experience in designing and implementing operational support strategies
• Deep expertise in external Gen AI tools and their applicability
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology-related field or equivalent experience
