Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Support Engineering team to deliver high-quality technical support
  • Provide technical direction for resolving complex issues and ensure compliance with PHI data regulations
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering support or technical support roles, preferably in healthcare
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical teams with a focus on performance and development
  • Proven experience in healthcare technology support engineering
  • Deep expertise with Edifecs Risk Adjustment tools and knowledge of HIPAA and CMS compliance
  • Technical proficiency in system integration, data ingestion, and workflow automation
