Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Support Engineering team to deliver high-quality technical support
- Provide technical direction for resolving complex issues and ensure compliance with PHI data regulations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in engineering support or technical support roles, preferably in healthcare
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams with a focus on performance and development
- Proven experience in healthcare technology support engineering
- Deep expertise with Edifecs Risk Adjustment tools and knowledge of HIPAA and CMS compliance
- Technical proficiency in system integration, data ingestion, and workflow automation
