Job Summary

To support the recruitment of top-tier surgical talent, the remote Director of Surgeon Recruitment will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for cosmetic and plastic surgeons, collaborating with operational and clinical teams to align hiring with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for surgeons, focusing on hard-to-fill roles
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified cosmetic and plastic surgeons through proactive sourcing and networking
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on data trends

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of physician recruiting or business development experience, preferably in specialty areas like Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery
• Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill physician roles and developing effective sourcing strategies
• Strong understanding of the physician recruitment lifecycle, contracting, and onboarding processes
• Proven experience in reporting and recruitment analytics with a commitment to accuracy
• Bachelor's degree required
