Director of Surveys

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and performance of the Survey business across the Americas region, the full-time Director of Surveys will manage client development, operational excellence, and team growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality survey solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy and day-to-day performance of the Survey business, focusing on revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Ensure successful delivery of US Survey projects, maintaining high standards for quality and turnaround time
• Lead and develop the Americas Survey team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in market research, surveys, or related insights business with demonstrated leadership
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and expand survey usage to drive revenue growth
• Strong understanding of quantitative research workflows, including sampling and data collection
• Experience managing complex client-facing operations and leading teams
• Familiarity with survey platforms and emerging AI applications is preferred
