Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction and growth of Sustainability Consulting services while identifying market trends
• Lead flagship sustainability projects and facilitate collaboration during design and construction
• Mentor a high-performing team and promote a culture of innovation and excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in green building, sustainability consulting, or high-performance design
• Extensive experience with LEED, WELL, and Fitwel project certification
• Advanced knowledge of energy efficiency, IAQ, material transparency, and lifecycle carbon strategies
• LEED AP and WELL AP required; additional certifications are a plus
