Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Director of System Integrator Partnerships will define and execute strategic portfolio strategies for Databricks' Managed Gold Portfolio of Systems Integrator partners, focusing on revenue growth and partnership expansion while working cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team managing strategic partnerships to drive growth and long-term value
• Engage C-suite executives to shape global strategies and establish shared business objectives
• Develop and execute partner enablement strategies to enhance partner capabilities and drive joint customer success

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with global organizations
• Proven track record of leading Regional and Global System Integrator partnerships and delivering measurable business growth
• Deep understanding of alliance organizations and their business strategies
• Experience in enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and cloud technologies
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
