Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Director of System Integrator Partnerships will define and execute portfolio strategies for Databricks' Managed Gold Portfolio of Systems Integrator partners, focusing on expanding partnerships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for managing strategic partnerships within the Managed Gold Portfolio
• Define and execute strategies that drive growth and deliver measurable business outcomes across partnerships
• Engage with C-suite executives to align investment priorities and establish shared business objectives

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with global organizations
• Proven track record of leading Regional and Global System Integrator partnerships and achieving business growth
• Deep understanding of alliance organizations and experience with complex commercial negotiations
• Expertise in enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and cloud technologies
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
