Director of Systems Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a global team of Corporate IT Engineers, the full-time Director of Systems Engineering will oversee the design and maintenance of corporate systems, develop and execute a global AI strategy, and architect automation pipelines to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global team across US and Israel, managing the design and evaluation of corporate systems and endpoints
• Develop and implement a global AI strategy by integrating Generative AI platforms into business operations
• Architect automation pipelines to improve onboarding processes and reduce ticket volume

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on maturing systems in rapidly scaling environments
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing internal IT systems
• Proven experience in architecting enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows-based enterprise environments without relying on Active Directory
