Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition - Corporate + GTM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the full lifecycle recruitment strategy for all GTM and Corporate functions
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and one recruiting Manager, setting goals and driving performance
  • Leverage recruiting tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance team efficiency and improve data visibility
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting, with 5+ years in leadership roles in high-growth tech environments
  • Proven track record leading GTM and Corporate recruiting functions at scale
  • Experience managing and scaling teams of 10+ recruiters, including Managers
  • Strong familiarity with modern recruiting tech stacks
  • Deep understanding of data and analytics in talent acquisition
