Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the talent acquisition function for technical and non-technical roles
  • Manage and develop the recruiting team while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and optimize recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in a management role
  • Experience scaling a recruiting function in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor recruiters and recruiting managers
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with senior leadership
