Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles at high-growth AI or SaaS startups
  • Experience scaling organizations from approximately 150 to 500+ employees
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders on hiring strategy and execution
  • Strong background in building scalable recruiting processes and systems
  • Experience supporting international expansion and new market entry
