Job Summary

- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategy with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles at high-growth AI or SaaS startups
- Experience scaling organizations from approximately 150 to 500+ employees
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders on hiring strategy and execution
- Strong background in building scalable recruiting processes and systems
- Experience supporting international expansion and new market entry
