Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed talent acquisition team
• Create a culture of ownership and data-driven continuous improvement across the recruiting function
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategy with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles at high-growth AI or SaaS startups
• Experience scaling organizations from approximately 150 to 500+ employees
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders on hiring strategy and execution
• Strong background in building scalable recruiting processes and systems
• Experience supporting international expansion and new market entry
