Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in building and scaling global recruiting functions
• Deep expertise in structured interviewing and competency-based hiring
• Strong operational mindset with experience in optimizing ATS workflows
• High business acumen to connect hiring decisions to business outcomes
