Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale recruiting efforts across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with business priorities
• Lead and mentor a remote Talent Acquisition team while enhancing recruiting processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage vendor relationships and TA budgets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
• Experience in managing TA budgets and compensation plan design and administration
• Experience in clinical, healthcare, or addiction recovery settings is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions
