Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and performance of the recruiting function
• Build and manage strategic talent programs to strengthen hiring pipelines
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure effective recruiting initiatives and data-driven workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related People functions
• Experience managing recruiting workflows in a fast-growth environment
• Experience building or running programs such as internships and campus recruiting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive execution
• Experience maintaining and using hiring or workforce data for planning
