• 12+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in both large corporate and high-growth tech environments
• Proficient in Greenhouse and modern AI talent-tech tools
• Proven leadership skills in managing distributed teams and fostering professional development
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
