Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 6+ years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on recruiting strategies
• Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
