Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 6+ years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on recruiting strategies
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
