Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and enhance its global recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing recruiting team
• Design the future-state TA org structure and sourcing strategy
• Build and scale an internal sourcing function and establish hiring metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years in a management capacity
• Experience hiring for technical, sales, and finance roles, including VP/C-level searches
• Proven ability to build and maintain an internal sourcing function
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms is preferred
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
