A company is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition Operations and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize global recruiting processes for efficiency and candidate experience
• Own and optimize the TA technology stack, ensuring effective integrations
• Lead the global delivery of TA coordination, including scheduling and offers

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in global Talent Acquisition, particularly in TA Operations and Technology
• Proven ability to build and scale recruiting infrastructure and processes
• Experience in implementing AI and automation solutions in recruiting
• Deep knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and modern recruiting tools
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and project management
