Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pipeline
- Lead and support managers in improving operations for optimal performance levels
- Provide strategic direction and expertise on talent acquisition trends and benchmarks to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- 2+ years of management experience leading teams or projects
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with recruitment technology and collaborative work with leaders at various levels
