Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to provide strategic leadership and management for talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pipeline
  • Lead and support managers in improving operations for optimal performance levels
  • Provide strategic direction and expertise on talent acquisition trends and benchmarks to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • 2+ years of management experience leading teams or projects
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with recruitment technology and collaborative work with leaders at various levels
